A buildings
contractor who specializes in up market residential
developments requires the services of a Project
Manager. The incumbent should meet the
below requirements.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bsc/ B Tech in buildings or construction
management.
At least 3 years working experience in the
field.
Knowledge of MS Project will be an advantage.
Be able to draw up programmes from drawings
and information given.
Initiative and passionate about his work.
Knowledge of the occupational health and safety
act essential.
Valid drives license.
Responsibilities
Management of several projects concurrently.
Procurement of materials and labour.
Calculate project cost and implement cost
reduction strategies.
Planning, quality control.
Liaising with clients and supplies.
Subcontractors and laborers supervision
