Members who make up the entertainment organisation include
Gugulethu Ndlovu, Thelma Kombe, Humphrey Shoko, Nikisai Dube
and others.
Gugulethu Ndlovu
She is the
Chief Executive of Gpro-House. Gugulethu
Ndlovu. She is 20 years old now. Gugu, as she
is affectionately known in the arts industry
has a short film to be premiered next week in
the Zimbabwe International Film Festival (ZIFF).
Gugu likes to think of herself as cool and
quite sociable with a tint of being reserved.
On the academic side, she did a course in Multi-media
and Creative Arts Communications which involved
combined Arts, film and video production, scriptwriting
and production. She has been part of Amakhosi's
many Theatre and Film productions. |

If
there is any celebrity in Bulawayo who
is down to earth, it can only be Thelma
Kombe. Thelma was born in the 1980s and
she is the lead actress in the short
film ‘Behind My Back’.
She did her primary education at Manondwane
Primary School where she excelled and
proceeded to Foundation College for her
secondary education.
Thelma began to show interest in arts
at an early age when she joined the Manondwane
Primary School choir and drama club.
She then did a Top Grooming and Modeling
Coarse after high school with Strides
Modeling Agency. As a model she managed
to hold a number of titles like the Miss
Super Attitude 2004, 2nd princess Miss
Summer Strides 2004 and Miss Trends finalist 2004.
Thelma also managed to be the Ndebele and Shona television
presenter for Miss Rural Zimbabwe Modelling Programme
and she got a Rural Dedication Award. |
